This week we learned about ANZAC soldiers diet and made a DLO about it.
First we watch a video about NZ soldiers in WW2. we go on the link to find some answers and answer some questions on the Jamboard.
Then we make a DLO about ANZAC soldiers Diet.We need to explain what diet do ANZAC soldiers eat in WW1.
At the end I enjoy doing this, because I like it.I did well at making DLO.I need to improve on knowing more things about ANZAC.
This week we practice argumentation. A argumentation means to think both sides of an issue.
First Miss white give the question in last week which is should “junk food be banned from school”.
Next that we need go to the slide that we do last week and each of them we need write 3 new information (it is for and yes and no).
Lastly we write our oponion again it needs to be at least 3 sentences.
I enjoy doing this Because I like it. I did will at giving opinion. I need to improve on getting some more reason about this.
This week we practicing about argumentation.
First we need a quastion.For example Miss white use “should junk food be banded ? “.We use our own opinion yes or no.I choose no,because snack is kinds of junk food.
Then we give yes and no reason and we write our own opinion.
At the end I enjoy doing this.Because I like it.I did will at this.I need to improve on knowing more reason on this question.
This week we learned vision board.
First we go to the search some thing that you want to improve on and put on vision board.
Then we going to answer some quastions.For example what are the picture on the vision board mean to you. I answered I want to improve on these.
At the end I enjoy doing the because I like it.
This week we did Summarising.
First we did summarising,we need find 20 keyword from last week “Honeymakers”.Keyword is the word that are important.
Then we choose 6 important word form 20 keyword and use them to make 4 sentences.
At the end I enjoy doing this,because I like this.I did will at doing this,I need to improve on not confused at finding keyword.
Today we learned about bees.
First we did comments, and we look at the first picture and commented about it. After that we did the guided discussion we had to guided duscussion some quastion and define.
Then we answer rest of the quastion.
At the end I enjoy doing this, because I like it. I did well at doing this. I need to improve on knowing more information about the bees or honeymakers.
This week we learned should pets be allowed on public transport.
First we going to think about the question about should pets be allowed on public transport,we going to write yes or no and giving the reason on the paper.
Then we going write that on the slide and give the opinion and answer do you think pets should pets be allowed on public transport.I agree,but I think the aminals must get trained so the woun’t hit people,etc.
At the end I enjoy doing this,because I like it,I did well at answering the question.I need to imporve on think about why some people don’t want pets on the public transport.
This week we practiced summarising and read a book called “The Wolf and The Child”.
First Miss White read the story of The Wolf And The Child.After that we going to find 20 important words and 6 important words from the book and write it down on the google docs.
Then we had to use 6 important words and add some other words to write three sentences and make it order.
At the end I enjoy finding the important words.I did well at wirte down the 6 important words. I need to improve on writing down the sentences.
This week I practiced synthesising.
First I watched a video about the history of cars and it’s for kids. After that I wrote down the new information and the information that I already knew .
Then I made a DLO about the informations about the cars .
At the end I enjoyed writing information that I knew.I did well at making a DLO. I need to improve on knowing more facts about the history of cars.
This week we practice synthesising template.
First we practise synthesising template.Miss White asks us what is synthesising template.Synthesising template means to use an idea that you already know and use a new idea to create another idea.
Next we watch a video about hedgehogs and we have to write down the information that we already know and use the new information and use both of them to write down three new sentences.
Then we make a DLO about hedgehogs.
At the end I enjoy making a DLO about hedgehogs,because I like it.I did well at writing facts about hedgehogs.I need to improve on knowing more facts about hedgehogs.
