For an activerty in our classroom we got to find more information about Chinese Lantern Festival and we got to grow our knowledge on it.
First we get in to a group of 6 to find the information about Chinese Lantern Festival. We find information about what is Chinese Lantern festival, popular foods in lantern festival, special performances and the lanterns colour meaning.
When we finished the work we decorate it.
I found this activity is interesting, Because I learned some new things.
LI: To write a poem that describes as a moment in time.
We watched a video about polar bear as a “moment in time” poem. Moment in time poem tells what has happened in different feelings. These feelings are heard, saw, felt, and wonder. This moment in time poem was about a researcher who got traped in a cube because of a vicious polar bear. An example of what I heard in the video is I heard the crashing of a hungry large fierce bear pounding on the roof of the vehicle.
I found this activity is interesting, because I learned way of writing a poem.
