We practice writing a recount planning table.
First, we had to answer what is the meaning of the letter in the Tree. After that, we have think somethings of what happend in the public holiday or weekend and we had write into our book.
Then, we were going to choose one of them to write a recount. I write a recount about “shoot”.
At the end I enjoyed writing recount because I like writing recount.
Ordering fraction.
Denomirator are how many pieces are there.
Biggest to smallest: 1/12, 2/12, 3/12, 4/12.
Smallest to Biggest: 4/12, 3/12, 2/12, 1/12.
Ordering fraction is easy, because looking the Biggest to smallest and Smallest to Biggest is easy to remember.
This week LS1 learned Skills for American football.
First I learned how to grip the ball. I aim with my non dominent hand. Face side ways to throw propley. I did an L shape with my arm to throw the football far.
Lastly I learned how to do a triangle with my hands and outstretched to keep my chest safe. I absorb impact the ball to keep the ball gripped. I had to wrap my fingers around the ball to keep it tightly holded so it does not come off you hands.
I enjoyed throwing. I need to improve on catching. I did well throwing.
Today Ls1 learned some soccer skills on the field. Our coach’s name was Chelsea.
First we learned how to dribble the soccerball. We were split into two teams and we played against each other. We had to dribble the ball to the other side and put our hands on our heads.
After we were put in pair and we learned to pass and stop the ball. When we pass the ball our non dominant foot should be facing where we want to pass. At the end we played a big game of soccer.
The goal was to pass the ball amongst your team 8 times.
I doing the Anzac Quatrefoil
The Anzac Quatrefoil is a festival and it was have red Flower is called poppy.
The Anzac Quatrefoil is Memorial to some dead soldiers.
I learned how to write a story.
My Story is about James and his family with Zombie story.
First I needed to write Event 1 and Event 2.
Next I needed to do event 3 and the end too.
I enjoy the writing because I like to write story and it was so fun.
I doing the Stage 6 because year 5 doing the Stage 6.
The Stage 6 is I learned to make up the numbers to one thousands.
Then I use my brain to think out the answer.
I learned about world war one.
The soldiers at the trenches, Lice make itching in the soldiers’ clothes, disease, fever.
And rats make soldiers very scared Because they were feeds dead bodies.
Standing in water to long it well have disease is called Trench Foot.
